Kirsten moved to Sydney from her home country of New Zealand in 1995 to pursue her interests in natural medicine and alternative healing modalities.
She obtained Diplomas in Remedial Massage, Sports and Remedial Therapies at Nature Care College, then completed a Diploma of Herbal Medicine with Dorothy Hall, a Post Graduate Diploma of Bio-Energetic Medicine, and an apprenticeship in VEGA Test Diagnosis.
Over the next 10 years Kirsten ran two successful clinics on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
In 2008 Kirsten was finally lured by the magic and beauty of northern NSW where she now lives and continues her work healing others.
She specialises in gut health, weight loss, and detoxification.
She also practices and teaches hatha and vinyassa yoga to her clients as well as on her weekend retreats.
